Organization History and enterprise reforming condition
In oct, 1984, Jiaojiang Dankong Enterprise Inc was established and Mr.Wang Yunyou served as manager, legal representative and party secretary.
In Sept, 1994, the company Changed to the Zhejiang Dankong Industry & Trade Group Co. Ltd. On Nov, 1997, the company was changed to the Dankong Industry & Trade Group Co., Ltd and list as one of the national large and medium-sized private enterprise group, the company includes more than dozens of enterprises like Qianjin Chemical Co., Ltd , Jingxi Chemical Co., Ltd , Dongxing Chemical Co., Ltd, Dankong Import & Export Co., Ltd and etc.
In Jan, 2001, Zhejiang New Dankong pharmaceutical chemical Co., Ltd was established.
On Oct, 2001, Zhejiang New Dankong pharmaceutical chemical Co., Ltd renamed as "Zhejiang New Dankong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. after purchasing Yuhuan Tianle Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. On Dec, 2003, Zhejiang New Dankong pharmaceutical chemical Co.,Ltd was established combined with Zhejiang New Dankong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd and changed its name to "Zhejiang New Dankong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd".
From Sept 1994 to April 2012, Mr.Wang Yunyou has served as president, general manager, Secretary of the Party committee in Zhejiang Dankong Industry & Trade Group Co. Ltd
On 19 April, 2012, Mr. Wang Yunyou set out from the recombination of Zhejiang Dankong Industry & Trade Group Co. Ltd and, with the high attention, coordination and witness from the government leadership of Jiaojiang district , Taizhou.
On 29 Oct, 2012, people's Government of Zhejiang province SASAC gave approval and agreed with the recombination plan-- Zhejiang New Dankong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd under Decision Holding Group combined with Zhejiang Materials Industry Group Corporation (ZJMI) as unit sponsor and integrated it as main company under ZJMI, its stratigic frame of the combination of the strong and the complement of the advantages has been realized, which created a new situation in Zhejiang New Dankong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd and Decision holding group has entered a new historical development period.

In 1992, committee of CCP of Zhejiang Dankong Industry & Trade Group Co. Ltd was established, and Mr.Wang Yunyou was served as party secretary till in June, 2012.

In 1992, Mr. Wang Yunyou advocated and funded "Dankong Stipend" in Tsinghua University, Peking University, Zhejiang University, Science and Technology university of China, and Nankai University, support annually doctoral students in department of Chemistry and chemical engineering may have difficulties, till Apr, 2012.
